How to apply

  2. Print the form and fill out all essential details (Please use BLOCK letters)

  3. Affix 1 photo on the form and attach Photo ID proof (photocopy)

  4. Enclose payment (Cheque or DD) or make NEFT/RTGS online transfer. Please provide relevant information on the form.
    Check account details below for payment options.
Send the form to PAI office along with documents and payments.

Veteran Schools / Clubs

How to apply

  2. Print the form and fill out all essential details (Please use BLOCK letters)

  3. Affix 1 photo on the form and attach 3 more photos along with Photo ID proof (photocopy)
  4. Enclose payment (Cheque or DD) or make NEFT/RTGS online transfer. Please provide relevant information on the form.

State Association

How to apply

To apply for affiliation with PAI, kindly submit a written request on your official letterhead indicating the State association's willingness to join PAI.

The association also needs to submit these documents.
  1. M.O.A and Constitution of the Association

  2. Certificate of Registration under Societies Act.

  3. List of Office bearers.

  4. Minutes of First meeting where Office bearers were elected.
After reviewing your request, PAI will communicate about further course of action.

  • Your photo must be in colour
  • Size/specs:
    • To affix on registration form - Printed on photo quality paper 3.5 x 4.5 cms in size
    • To Upload under PAI Account(post activation of your membership)JPEG/JPG file format, 300 dpi, at least 800x900 pixels, 4 Mb max file size
  • Your photo should reflect your current appearance
  • Taken in front of a plain background (White or off-white preferred)
  • Your full-face view directly facing the camera and both eyes open
  • Do not wear a hat/cap or any head cover, unless worn daily for a religious purpose
  • Prescription glasses may be worn for your photo. Dark glasses or non-prescription glasses with tinted lenses are not acceptable
