PAI is organising a Paragliding Technical Workshop for PG community in India conducted by 'SIV Guru' Jocky Sanderson. This 3 day workshop will cover Safety and Thermalling course, video sessions and a lot more.

COURSE/WORKSHOP
Aim: Skill improvement
Course outline: To help improve skills of soaring pilots, also focus on area landings, top and slope landings, coring and thermalling, glides, speed bar, decision making to maximise distance etc.
Video Sessions: Video debriefs and seminars in the evenings. Videos on SIV, glider handling and testing, reserves and packing, design and technology, psychology and flight planning.
PILOT PREREQUISITE
Soaring pilots, with certified PG gear and 2m radio.
A valid insurance policy covering paragliding risks is a must.
FEE 7,000/- for PAI Members
8,000/- for Non-PAI Members
The cost includes workshop fee with complimentary stay, food and site transport.
The actual fee for Jocky’s workshop is €150 (excluding food, stay and transport). The subsidised fee is courtesy Jocky Sanderson and PAI.
There are limited seats available on first come basis. Interested pilots can reserve their seats for the workshop. |
